Application Process

Who can apply

The course is open to Bachelor, Master, PhD Candidates and professionals. Our aim is to attract diverse profiles for creating a multidisciplinary classroom.

We welcome applications from various disciplines, for example: computer science, business administration, economics, law, communication, marketing etc.

Format

The course will be offered hybrid: on campus at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and live transmitted on Zoom. 

Workshop Fees

Regular Fee: 550 € 

 

For students

Reduced Fee*: 400 €

Applicants must submit proof of full time enrolment in one of the following: Bachelor, Master or PhD programmes.

The proof of enrolment must be added electronically (e.g. a link to the document stored on google drive or on any other online storage systems) in the below application form.

Student applications that do not include the proof of enrolment will not be considered for scholarships. 

Early registrations (all applicants)

Fee: 450 €

Apply by 1st of February and benefit from a reduced tuition fee.

*The reduced workshop fees are limited and will be granted to a selected number of students based on: 1. candidate profile (we aim towards a multidisciplinary classroom); 2. motivation; 3. potential added value to the classroom environment. 

The workshop fee fee does not include accommodation, which will be arranged separately by participants interested in attending the course in Amsterdam.

Deadlines

1 February: Early Applications (reduced tuition fee)

15 May: Application Deadline for All Applications (with scholarship and regular tuition fee)

15 June: Notifications sent to admitted participants

20 June: Tuition fee payment by participants & Confirmation of enrollment

Schedule*

1 - 5 July 2024

Lectures will take place daily from 10.00 to 16.00 CET. The location, the online details and a complete schedule will be directly communicated to the enrolled participants.
